Team members’ prior experience includes Hong Kong Main Board IPO audits and listing compliance, and work on investment risk and internal audit frameworks for state-owned and multinational enterprises. We are familiar with the governance requirements that cross-border businesses face across jurisdictions, and with what auditors, filing agencies and regulators each look for.

Investment management and securities advisory are provided by licensed institution partners — we help clients screen and coordinate, so every engagement carries a clear accountability boundary.
